Refund Processing
Log into your account and go to Order History. Select the item you wish to return and click "Request Return".
Choose your return reason from the dropdown menu and provide any additional details to help us improve.
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label. Package the item securely in its original packaging.
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Keep your tracking number for reference.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted. The return window starts from the delivery confirmation date.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, and unwashed. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included. Items showing signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it within 2-3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 days.
We provide prepaid return shipping labels for all eligible returns within the US. International returns may require customers to cover return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Yes, gifts can be returned following the same policy. The refund will be issued as store credit to the gift recipient, or we can process a refund to the original purchaser upon request.
