Cancellation policy

At Afrikwave, we understand that plans change, and sometimes you need to cancel your order. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Orders can be canceled within [24 hours/days] of placing the order, without any penalty.
Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be canceled.
Custom-made or personalized items, as well as items marked as final sale, are non-cancellable.

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via [phone/email]. Please have your order number ready when you contact us.

We will process your cancellation request as soon as possible, and a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to be reflected on your account.
